Al Safi Danone KSA needed an intelligent field sales automation solution to integrate with SAP, manage dairy shelf life and FEFO returns, optimize promotions and routes, and improve cross-docking, inventory, and load control all with real-time operational visibility.

The Journey: From Pilot to Regional Success

Al Safi Danone KSA successfully went live on October 1st, 2022. with a phased rollout across its branches, averaging one to two weeks per deployment.

Today, the implementation supports more than 150 active users and a mobile workforce of over 1,000 field resources across 28 branches in the Kingdom. The platform manages more than 2,000 SKUs and is deployed on Microsoft Azure Cloud. SalesBuzz is fully integrated with SAP through a thick integration model, enabling seamless and real-time transaction processing while supporting the company’s large-scale dairy distribution operations.
